Em Outobro a DSi (Consola Portátil da Nintendo) terá mais cores disponíveis, para todos os gostos. Desde Azul metálico, Azul claro, e Vermelho, uma maneira de agradar todas as pessoas e todos os gostos e talvez assim a Nintendo possa também aumentar o seu numero de vendas. É provável que venham a sair ainda mais cores para o mercado.

Yoshiaki Asagiri (38 anos) foi acusado e condenado pelo tribunal de Quioto a pagar 21.000 Dólares (Cerca de 14,700 Euros) e a dois anos e meio de prisão por distribuir ilegalmente jogos para a famosa Nintendo DS. Segundo as poupas informações existentes, Yoshiaki disponibilizava para download mais de 1000 jogos para a DS, através do seu site.
